Dear Poobalan.
The competition had been launched this 15th september via the TALK SHOW Viluthukal (201).
It is a first time competition. The competition is organised by Society for Social Improvement via Technology (SSiT). For any updates or info, do email or submit your email at the website.

I did not watch the particular program, so i have no clues about this competition (and rarely do we simply accept things on TV). i thought the website will have details, but it does not.
it will be better if such information i mentioned earlier are listed so that people can talk/contact a person rather than email a faceless and nameless entity. No personal touch.
secondly, participants will be giving their personal details away to someone who may or may not misuse such information.
i think its critical to have such details in order to establish some level of trust.
just my opinion.

every event participation requires such a basic level of information poobalan anne.
im sure if ONE is not comfortable giving such info ONE would not join anything in first place.
the nokkem / niat of this competition looks good

funny thing, received email from them yesterday requiring clarification,replied and today got an email saying that the shortlisted ones were notified yesterday. hmmm … why need any clarification then? is there a shortlisted applicants list anywhere? were the emails that were sent yesterday for clarification mean that i was shortlisted? funny ….
