With agreeing to this terms and conditions, you are:
- Agreeing to be a member of MALAYSIAN INDIAN BLOGGERS ASSOCIATION (MIB).
- Certifying that you are a Malaysian blogger of ethnic Indian origin and are above the legal age of 18 years old. (Note: Should a member stopped blogging for any reason; he/she shall cease to be a member of MIB, thus losing the rights to contribute to MINDSBLOG).
- Agreeing that the admission of a member is a privilege and not a right. Only admins of MIB has the authority to review, accept and decline any application to be a member.
- Entitled to the benefits which will be given to member of MIB. (Note: Members will be updated from time to time on the benefits available for them).
- SITE USE AND CONTENT. You may view, copy or print pages from the Web Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not otherwise use, modify, copy, print, display, reproduce, distribute or publish any information from the Web Site without the express, prior, written consent of MINDSBlog. At any time we may without further notice, make changes to the Web Site and to these Terms and Condition.
- ACCURATE INFORMATION. In creating and using your User Account, you agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself on any registration form required (such information being the “Registration Data”); and (ii) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete. Mindsblog.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Mindsblog.com has the right to suspend or terminate your User Account and refuse any and all current or future use of your User Account.
A member of MIB would be automatically given the rights and access to MINDSBLOG (Malaysian Indians’ Blog) which is the official blog of MIB. However, the member is required to adhere to the following regulations when submitting a post:
- Stick to topics on Malaysia and Malaysian Indians.
- Should a post written in language other than English/Malay, a short summary in English is required.
- No post copied from another blogger (other than the member) is allowed, even with the blogger’s permission. However, the member is allowed to reproduce his/her own post. Plagiarism of any type of text, image and others are strictly prohibited
- No articles on politics and/or religion are allowed to be posted.
- Max of one post per day.
- A blogger, who was ceased to be a member due to disciplinary reasons i.e. not following the rules, will never be accepted back into the team.
- Please respect the privacy of others. Do not post other’s phone numbers, addresses, pictures, etc., without their permission.
- Constructive criticism is welcome, but insults directed towards other users will not be tolerated.
- Encourage visitors to post comments and join the conversation.
- Blog post(s) which do not adhere to these regulations will be taken down by the admins.
- The optimum Image width should be 550px. The usage of font size and colour should be appropriate for the post and theme.
